Wayne has recently taken on the role as Chief Operating Officer for FMG Global, a beef and pork procurement company that serves McDonald’s in many areas of the world.  He has over 27 years of experience in the beef further processing industry with executive leadership roles in operations, sustainability, worker safety and food safety.  Wayne is involved with the USRSB, GRSB, Meat Institute, Southwest Meat Association and is a frequent speaker at many beef industry events.

Wayne received BS in Animal Science, MS in Animal Science (Beef Cattle Production emphasis), and PhD in Animal Science (Meat Science emphasis) degrees all from Texas A&M University.

Wayne resides in Covington, GA with his wife Becky.  They have three adult children, one a recent graduate from Texas A&M, one a student at Georgia Southern University and one a student at Texas A&M University.
