Buckman has 39 years of commercial, corporate, and agribusiness lending experience. He has been a member of the U.S. Bank team since 1993 and a member of the Food & Beverage Division since 2005.

Buckman serves as an Allied Industry Board member of the National Chicken Council and is a member of their Marketing Advisory Board. He also serves on the Kansas State University College of Agriculture Advisory Board and is a board member of Harvesters Community Food Network.

He is also a member of the Kansas Livestock Association and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. He is a 1983 graduate of Southwestern College, Winfield KS and received his post graduate degree from Kansas State University in 1985. Buckman is the Owner and Manager of Diamond Bar Cattle, LLC (est. 1998).
