Mary-Thomas Hart works as NCBA’s Chief Counsel. She advocates and represents the interests of U.S. cattle producers on issues such as the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and voluntary conservation programs. Mary-Thomas graduated from Berry College before receiving a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Juris Doctorate from Samford University.
